The Farm: The Hammoudeh farm is considered one of the largest farms in Jordan, with a herd of 3000 Holstein dairy cows, which makes it ideal for fresh milk production. The farm utilizes the latest technology and machinery during all stages of milk production; automated feeding systems, in addition to animal care and monitoring systems, are in place to ensure herd health and performance. It also uses a computer controlled, fully automatic milking parlor which is considered one of the most advanced in the Middle East. The farm is managed by a team of specialized veterinarians, agricultural engineers and highly skilled technicians. Fresh milk is transported from the farm daily in refrigerated, stainless steel tankers, ensuring that only the highest quality fresh milk arrives at the factory for use in all of Hammoudeh’s products.
