The Center for Alternative Resources, Authentic Technology Services (CARATS), Inc. is a non-stock, not-for-profit, non-government organization based in Davao City, Philippines.
CARATS’ mission is to assist communities through its people’s organizations to develop and manage their own alternative and sustainable development projects to improve quality of life. It believes that genuine development can be achieved by the people themselves through their concerted efforts, which is resource-and-need-based and not perpetually dependent on external support. |
