Southern Cross is developing large fully integrated agricultural cyclical operations. These include cropping, dairy operations, and dairy products. The company also has a waste management strategy in place using anaerobic digesters and biomass gasification through fermentation of feedstock for ethanol production of over 1 billion litres per annum of ethanol and 2 million litres of milk. |
