Description of Services:	North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) was founded in 1958 and designated by the State Council as a key university in China in 1978. The University is affiliated with the Ministry of Education. The School of Renewable Energy of NCEPU is the first domestic professional institute devoting research to the development of new energy. In last several years key technologies of biogas power generation with a multi-energy supplement system in temperate were obtained by NCEPU. NCEPU has undertaken two demonstration biogas projects for the Ministry of Agriculture, China, in last five years.
