Metro Vancouver provides utility service for its 21 member municipalities - specifically, water supply, wastewater treatment and muniipal solid waste management. Some of our WWTP generate power from the methane and two of our landfills collect landfill gas for either direct utilization as an alternative enegy source and/or produce power. Metro Vancouver is currently pursuing a project to generate electricity at our other landfill. |
