The Ministry of Local Development is working on implementation of integrated municipal solid waste management projects including all types of solid waste transfer stations, MBT facilities, sanitary landfills, and removal of accumulations from dumpsites to stop the open burning and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from this waste stream. We also have several international projects with World Bank and EBRD. |
