This workshop was held in conjunction with the 10th International Trade Fair on Material & Energy Recovery and Sustainable Development. The first day of the landfill workshop included sessions on landfill gas recovery including topics such as; project developments, project financing, landfill gas energy project planning, emerging landfill designs, emerging landfill utilization technologies, and more. The second day of this workshop included a technical tour of the CESENA Landfill Facility in Cesena, Italy. The U.S. EPA LMOP was represented at this workshop with moderator Rachel Goldstein, Program Manager, LMOP.
